It's been a rough couple of weeks for me and trying to juggle school with work has not been easy at all. I'm sending this letter as a proof of life. For you to know that I'm not dead. How're you doing too? How're you holding up with the economic gbas gbos ? I'd like to hear from you as usual.
When someone tells you that you're great or that you have the potential to be great, it's natural to feel a sense of joy and happiness, as it is indeed a compliment. However, it also prompts you to reflect on your life and the path to greatness. True greatness often demands sacrifice.
In order to achieve greatness, one must be willing to make sacrifices along the way. And even when you have attained greatness, the journey does not end there. You continue to sacrifice for the sake of those who look up to you and depend on you. This was emphasized during a fellowship I attended yesterday m, where someone made a thought-provoking statement: "Being great is not merely a compliment; it is a duty, an assignment." I find myself in agreement with this perspective.
It is important to recognize that greatness extends beyond ourselves. It is not solely about personal achievement; rather, it encompasses the profound impact we have on the lives of the countless individuals connected to us. When someone refers to you as great, it signifies not only admiration but also carries a weight of responsibility. The title of greatness comes with a call to action.
Therefore, when you receive recognition for your greatness, it's okay to rejoice and feel a sense of pride. Nevertheless, you must also acknowledge the inherent duty that accompanies it—the duty to inspire, support, and uplift those around you. The pursuit of greatness is a lifelong commitment that requires selflessness and a constant dedication to the betterment of others.
Till when next I Write to you,
Stay Strategic About Your View Of Life.
